Can I purchase just one box without subscribing?
Yes! One time purchase is possible, as long as we have it available in stock. To make one time purchases click the “collections” tab, which is located on the main header menu. or click here .
Do you offer a mini-version box?
We currently do not offer a mini-version and as of right now, we have no plans to offer it. However, we will look into it for our future offerings 😉
What types of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept PAYPAL as a form of payment. Your bank details will be safely stored on PAYPAL’s database and never saved on our website.
How does the payment system work?
For monthly subscriptions, you will be charged for your first box on the day of your initial order. Subsequent recurring payments will be processed on the same date of each month as your initial order. For example, if you subscribe on the 25th October, your next payment will be automatically processed on the 25th November.
For the 3 month and 6 month prepaid plans, you will be charged the full amount upfront. These plans finish at the end of their stated time period. There is not auto-charging for prepaid plans, therefore if you’d like to continue your subscription you must subscribe again for both 3 month and 6 month prepaid plans.
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
It’s possible to cancel your subscription anytime by logging into “My Account” and selecting the “cancel” button. You can also cancel by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org 24 hours before your payment date.
Can I subscribe or purchase as a gift?
Yes. You can! Whether it’s a subscription plan or a one-time purchase of one of our past collections, you can send it as a gift. On the checkout page, all you need to do is “Ship to a different address” and fill in the recipient’s address. If you want, let us know in the order comments that the transaction was a gift and we will include a note on behalf of you.
When do you ship your boxes?
We start shipping all of our boxes from Seoul on the 2nd of each month (Korea standard time). If the 2nd day of the month happens to be a weekend or a holiday we ship on the next upcoming business day. We currently don’t offer a tracking service but we hope to provide one in the future.
When do you stop taking orders for next month?
Our cutoff date is the 2nd day of each month (Korea standard time). So for example: if you subscribe before the 2nd of February then you will be able to receive the February Collection. If you subscribe after the 2nd of February, you will be receiving the March Collection (which we start shipping from the 2nd of March).
Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally. However, before purchasing one of our boxes, please take the time to check with your country’s customs policy. We are unable to refund or replace your box if it goes missing or is seized at airport customs.
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE international shipping.
When can I expect my order?
Shipping takes approximately 10-20 business days depending on your region. If you are a subscriber from an Asian region (ex: Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore) it’s even possible that it might take less than 10 business days.
How do I change my delivery address?
You can change your delivery address by going to “My Account” and clicking on “edit” beside the Shipping address. Or if you prefer, you can send us your new address by email and we will change it for you.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately we are unable to support refunds and returns. All of our products are final and nonrefundable. For monthly subscriptions, customers are able to cancel their subscription anytime before the next payment date.
